William grew up in a small cottage next to the main sheep shack on the tiny scottish peninsula of Isle of Dull. With only 13 inhabitants, 12 boys and a girl, William needed a serious strategy if he didn’t want to end up as single as a malt (old Scottish expression). A love recipe! That could do the trick. Building on his mother’s delicious Whisky cookies, he started experimenting with raisins and chocolate and a secret ingredient he calls Williamite. The result was an instant hit. Girls from the surrounding villages now all wanted a date with William, because a young man who can both shear sheep AND bake cookies, is quite the catch indeed.
