En 1954, l’Ordre des Amis de Manneken-Pis a vu le jour pour défendre et promouvoir le Manneken-Pis, symbole du folklore bruxellois, à travers le monde. Cet ordre a été créé par quelques amis et pérennisé grâce au travail de nombreux bénévoles qui sont passionnés de folklore bruxellois.
